Harmony Village is HUD-subsidized apartments for independent seniors. The rent for these affordable apartments is based on income and includes all utilities: Electric; Water; Sewage; Trash; AC; Heat. We also have 6 units designed for mobility-impaired individuals (age requirement waived according to HUD guidelines).

Each Harmony Village apartment features living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen and full bath. Apartments are to be decorated with resident’s own furniture.

Additional features include: walk in pantry; refrigerator and stove; wearable emergency push buttons; individual unit AC/heat control; electric/water/sewage/heat service provided. We also have onsite, coin-operated laundry machines in our common room.
